I am in network with most major insurance companies (Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, United) and also accept private pay.

How I Work With Clients

EMDR

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing.

EMDR is a treatment used to help process trauma. If you've tried talk therapy for events that continue to impact you without much improvement, EMDR could be for you. EMDR can help desensitize upsetting memories and help our minds let go of negative beliefs about ourselves.

DBT

Dialectical behavior therapy.

You’ve probably heard of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT builds on this and offers way to examine our thinking to help us change the way we feel AND offers skills to change our behaviors to change the way we feel. DBT is all about balance (my favorite word!).

Brainspotting

“Where you look affects how you feel.”

Another modality that's often helpful for people who have tried traditional talk therapy and continue to struggle. Brainspotting can lead to greater insight, clarity, and resolution. Brainspotting is a somatic based therapy that helps process trauma and emotional pain.

Mindful self compassion

Knowing and accepting you are HERE NOW!

Mindfulness skills and practice can be life changing. Mindfulness allows us to be more engaged in our own life's and to see the interconnectedness of the ourselves and the world. Mindfulness trains our attention and would be incomplete without practicing self compassion.
